lived here for 5 months and i have to agree with the negative reviews that others have posted. dont get me wrong, every apartment has its issues, but this one has been a big let-down. all of the great "resident services" that they brag about is a lie. the office will not accept packages for you unless you pay an additional $10.00 a month for that service. the free massages might as well be non existant. there is a "dog poop" service that comes once a week to scoop, but there is dog mess EVERYWHERE. ive considered calling the health department. its so nasty. office staff is very rude and unorganized. when call to request a maintenence issue, the staff is always very short with me and i have even been hung up on. i feel that if i am paying $1000. in rent a month, i should expect great customer service and this place has NONE. also, the construction of the apartment interior is cheap. things are constantly in need of repair. i can hear my neighbors all the time because of thin walls. staff will not resolve the issue of my noisy neighbors.the "courtesy officer" does nothing. have complained 5 times to the office about the noise and they still havent resolved anything. the gates are always broken and there have been multiple break-ins reported lately. i have a garage on my unit and someone still managed to steal my $300. bike out of it. just really ready for my lease to be up because this place is a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT.

I agree with you fully. Riverstone has to know about these problems, which means they allow and condone this type treatment to residents. The "resident services" are a joke.. Ooopma LOOmpa chicks claiming to know about how maintenence should be done. Shame on them. What will they think when they ahev low rate residents moving in because of their low rate treatment to decent people?

If you are renting apartments for free massages, of course you are going to be disapointed. They no longer charge $10 for packages- it is free. Also, living in an apartment you are going to hear noise.. you live literally a wall away. This happens in every single apartment I've stepped into! You can't compete with physics. At least with most buildings you are sharing 1 neighbor and not 3-4, like many places. I think most of these negative comments are from people who expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter. There are so many apartments with the same price that are dangerous and literally falling apart. Chances are, it's not as bad as you may think.
