I lived here for 19 months, in the Crossing side, I saw on that time a lot of thinks. I guess is easier to explain one by one.

Parking

I have a covered parking this was because when I came to see the apartments the sales girl told me about the convenience of that ones and not for the free ones, later I appreciate that recommendation because I saw that the closest parking spots to my apartment always are full.

I had only one problem that happened twice with different results, let me explain. I was traveling and when I arrived my parking spot was with some one else car, mmm!!, I called the towing service, they came in 45 minutes removed the other car. More recently, same situation this was like 2 months ago, it was 11 PM when I call the towing service the lady told me that they have a new policy and only the management from the apartments can call them to towing a car, so I parked in other place for that night.

Gyms

I usually went to the gym in crossing side, for some time the management brings towels and disinfecting wipes, not any more.

The gym in the reserve side is really good same problem.

Pools

Awesome, but in summer time you can see a queue of cars outside in the door trying to go inside when a resident came a cross, normally a bunch of teenagers that aren t residents.

Maintenance

The maintenance staff is very unfriendly but the office workers are very friendly and helpful. I get a couple of issues in the apartments and the workers came quickly and fixed the problems.

Bugs

Spiders, silverfish, crickets and lately a rat, I m not sure if this is because the management is remodeling the apartment close to mine but I saw this rat for a couple of days. I attached a picture.

Sound

OMG, you can hear everything, I just get a neighbor recently that likes to talk at night outside in his balcony, he lives in the 3rd floor and I in the 1st floor but not in the same side and I can hear all, also on the weekend when some people arrive late and drunk and all the schedule of my neighbors when they arrive and walk trough the stairway.

Alarms

False alarms 3 times in the last year, never know something from the management.

Conclusion

I m moving to another place.
Update 04/28/2008 When I move out the charge me $125 for resurface kitchen countertop and $80 for full clean, I cleaned the countertop and it was old and with spots at the beginning but it wasn t in the inventory and condition form, recommendation fill the entire form and add any little scratch if you like to save your money if not just don t clean they will charge you anyway.

I am a trainer at 24 hour fitness and live here at Old farm. I have only been at the gym once and they did not have the towels. I am in there 4 times a week. If you ask the office, they usually are washing them if they are out. Parking sometimes is full, but I manage. I love it and have been here for years......
