My friends and I have been living here since may 2008 and we have never had any problems at all. I live on the third floor and my apartment has been tastefully architected. The appliances are in great condition and the one time that we wanted the filters changed for the air conditioner, the maintenance response was quick and well done. The only con is a near-full parking lot except for the reserved spaces, but you can still find spaces to park your car. Security is very good. Once when there had been an attempted break-in, all the residents were notified and there was additional security to patrol the place. Even when my friends and I drove back home late one night, the patrol car followed us until we parked and waited while we went up to our rooms. The management is wonderful and so are the front office people. They even have monthly get-togethers for the residents. It is a lot of fun and peace.
