I have live here for about a year and I definitely will not renew my lease. Resident services/maintenance is hit or miss...there is on guy who will take great care of you and one lady who will not. There is a rat problem. I tried to get maintenance to take care of it and they did not. I had to take care of it myself and I still see them everywhere. There is an insect problem and in paticular....CATERPILLARS!! They are everywhere! Inside, in the garage, in the bathtub!! It's disgusting! For what I'm paying I would expect to have a much better quality of living.

Yea I had the caterpillar/millipede problem too...they were everywhere! Did they look like this - http://www.uiweb.uidaho.edu/so-id/entomology/Home_&_Garden/ ? So much for their supposed "pest control"
