Poor service, but good location by Discovery Green
I lived at One Park Place for over two years, until the spring/summer of 2022. The location is lovely--across from Discovery Green in downtown Houston. But there were serious problems with service and ongoing ceiling leaks that kept spreading and worsening despite repeated claims byā¦Ā See More >Updated Review

Five Stars all the way - Double Rainbow! - Hope this explains our experience. Concierge was extremely helpful. Facing Discovery Green reminded me of NY,NY, with Central Park. Incredible views and walking distance to the Rockets stadium.

We had many bad experiences with the building manager and rude neighbors. Do not live here if you have children. We got constant complaints even though we were reassured when we moved in there had never been complaints about noise from children

Overall I can recommend this place. I feel its a little overpriced but neighbors are nice and its a well cared for property thanks to maintenance.

They allow undesirable people into the apartments and out by the pool. The staff over the last year was very unprofessional. Moved to a more professional environment.
