This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. I have been telling management about an issue with my kitchen ceiling (mold, standing water, a hole in the ceiling for months)and no one takes the care to make sure that the issue is corrected.

Affordable and suitable apartments located here. It's a nice complex and a kind staff, though Building C could use more good tenants. The parking lot could use more security but all and all it's certainly worth the rent!

Walking in the door I was greeted with friendly smile from Estepannie even though she was very busy. She said she will be right with me. That was great she acknowledged me. From there the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Ridley is a pet friendly community. Since they have hired Rachel in her management position the property upkeep is addressed promptly. The community event are a nice added touch to get to know staff and neighbors.

We love it when we first move here. Time by time, the management keeps getting worse. Cockroach is everywhere. People don't pick up their pet's waste. We pay for the parcel locker, but most of the time, the lockers are broken.

They have a very friendly staff! The community is very nice! And there's a lot to do around the area. The prices are very affordable and the esthetic is very minimalistic and luxury while still keeping that Houston old school vibe.

The community looks good except the frequent mail-boxes break-ins and nuisance of KAMP pub high DTS sound causing sleep disorders. Other than that the apartment has cockroaches issues. Maintenance staff is good.

I like the apartment. Though my unit is just behind a club, I like my unit. It's been good thus far. The office staff is always willing to help and accommodate. I'm close to a lot of things. A plus!!!

The application process was simple not difficult. The staff was very welcoming. It wasn't a long wait for approval. The staff works with you if help is in need. The unit was great at move in. Can't wait to start my journey.
