I think it's a pretty good place to live--nice management, no real maintenance problems or anything. There's a strip club right across the street (the Vellagio which advertises in neon lights, "lower rates, hotter girls")that I was told was moving in a couple months (that was about a year ago). They allow pets but won't let you walk your dog on the property. Other than that, it's a fine place---cheap rent for what you get compared to other places in the area.
