Have lived here for a few years -- not in hurry to move because rent will increase but other than that I'm not super happy to be here. Location is good or bad depending on the time of day -- lots of traffic during rush hour makes it hard to even get in the gate sometimes. Laundry facilities are lacking -- located outside and too few for the number of units -- you either have to lug your laundry around the complex to find open washers/dryers or wait (and hope) for someone to finish.
Maintenance is ok and they do allow pets. Assigned parking is not really enforced and at times it can be hard to find a parking spot if someone has taken yours.
Noise from surrounding restaurants and clubs can be excessive -- especially on weekends or when they have live bands.
On a good note -- management is ok and very nice. They can't do anything about the environment -- traffic and restaurants/clubs -- but they could do more to improve the facilities, parking, and security. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
