Getting worse

Alliance is not maintaining the property. The structures are in disrepair. I'm not talking a a small thing here and there. I speaking of missing bricks, rotted wood, broken gutters, and this is just the surface. There are units here that have water leaks...(and the way they saught to solve this problem was to place a funnel in the room with the leak and run a tube down to a bucket). This is not an empty unit. someone has to live there with that! I don't neccessarilly blame the staff....the corporation is becoming known as one that refuses to place any money into maintaining the properties they aquire. I've been here for 2 years. When I moved here, they said they were in the middle of getting started with rennovations. Guess what' That never happened. Now that my lease is nearly over...I've already secured a new apartment home elsewhere. I would not recommend any Alliance Property to anyone. About 10 months ago, Alliance used me as a consultant for their Infomation Services Department at their corporate headquarters. There I learned that they have no intention of puting any money back into the properties they have. This was very disturbing to me, especially since I was a resident of one the properties ( a fact they did not know in their operations office). If it were known that I was one of their residents, I am certain that those facts would have not been revealed to me. They are charging market rate for sub-standard living.
