Original review: If you don't work night shift, this place is great. The management is very helpful and the place is very well kept. If you do work night shifts, you may want to live somewhere that doesn't blow leaves every other day, or cut trees or some other noisy activity. It's pretty intolerable for sleeping in the day time.
Otherwise, it's one of my favorite places I've lived in so far. The one bedroom townhome is open and comfortable, although relatively small.
See follow up below.

Ok, I'm the one who wrote the review above. I must concur with recent review that things have gone drastically downhill with the 2 most recent office management changes. We feel stuck after renewing our lease while things were still tolerable. The people that party until 4am don't bother me, as it is just as disturbing as the leaf blowers while I am trying to sleep in the daytime. I guess you may want to look elsewhere if noise is a concern for you because the walls are very thin here. Also, this new management has an inabilty to organize and you may get screwed a few times on rent fees. I am a very serious rent payer, too. I have never been late and these people have sent late notices to me. When going to the office they act like it's not a big deal. Such a shame that a great complex turned into this :(
