Time to get out of here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I've lived here for 5 1/2 years and I'm now looking to move out of here. The management has changed and since the change, everything here has just gone completely downhill. When I moved here it was actually a fairly decent place to live -- it is an older property, but the management (at that time) was great, and security and maintenance were excellent. Now -- this place has become so ghetto it isn't even funny. too bad if your neighbors are having a loud party until 4 AM (so loud that the pictures on your wall are shaking) -- the management doesn't care and won't do anything about it. Forget about assigned parking -- supposedly we have assigned spots, but too bad if someone parks in your spot -- management doesn't care and won't do anything about it. Within the past couple of years they've also begun to rent the units to ANYONE -- and we wonder why there has been an increase in violent crime ON THE PROPERTY'! I don't have the patience for this anymore -- I'm on the hunt for a quieter, more upscale community that treats residents with respect.
