Management not good anymore From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   When I moved here a year and a half ago, Alliance Management was in charge and they took care of everything with a smile on their face. Now that the new management has taken over and the staff has completely changed, I feel like I'm being stabbed in the back everytime I walk into the leasing office. The gates are never fixed anymore, the billing procedure for some things have changed, and crime has increased. It took them 4 days to move this huge van that not only took up my reserved spot, but my neighbor's as well. After three days of consistent baggering to the management office and towing company, it was finally moved. The other mangement would have moved it in less than 1 hour.
