I moved in a year ago and things were 100 times better. There were people who had lived there for many years. Now, alot of those people have left and the quality of residents has gone down down.
The gates are never fixed and the staff does not seem to care. The billing is confusing and I am always wondering if I am going to get a notice because I did something wrong. The pools are always dirty and the hot tub has been broken for months.
My air-conditioning recently stopped working. When the maintenance guy came over he said it was just an old air filter. He said I should remind the office to change it every 3 months. It is on the roof of the apartment, there is nothing I can do to change it, yet, it is not apart of their regular maintenance.
Stay away from the place. The prices are not worth it.
