Oxford On Greenridge

I'm moving this week, but only to be closer to a new job across town-- if it were close to Greenridge, I would definitely stay. I guess I just wonder to the other reviewers, what you expect for 471/month rent!' I feel I was really spoiled here for the price-- I got new carpet, a nice redone kitchen countertop, and in general, the place was just really clean and updated. But I guess if you don't want to live near pimps and hoes, don't move into a place that has strip clubs on every side! The down side: the apartments are not internet cable ready. You have to get DSL. There have also been some noise problems recently. If you do choose to move in, be sure to ask about their policy on noise. Overall, though, I recommend this place if you're on a budget and it's a convenient location for you. It has all the basics, and my place even had a washer/dryer for an extra 11 bucks a month. I'll miss Greenridge!
