DO NOT move here unless you can afford OVERPAYING $200 in electric bills! It's the actual apartment complex and their crappy ass a/c units! If I would have known that this place was so unmanaged and old, I wouldn't have moved there! They could care loss that you're paying high dollar because of their ------ a/c units, they'll just tell you an imaginary story about them fixing it! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

living here--- they just replaced ALL the ac units and my electric bill is 40 a month for a cold townhouse... this review is debunked!! lol

Are you INSANE?!?! You're lying! I STILL LIVE THERE! They haven't done ---- to the place! It's all "O, we're still working on it, but they should have it done soon" -- That was almost 2 months ago? What am I doing while they're ------- around and not doing as they say? I'm continuing to pay $250 a month for electric in small one bedroom apartment!

I pay 100 a month for my electricity in the townhouse and I keep my air on 72!! I love my apt!
