people are talking crud about this apt complex and i dont agree. people never get on here to post positive reviews so here goes

good:
-front office has worked with me on pet fees
-pet fees are amazingly low (300/pet) as well as deposit (50$!!)
-excellent job of correcting problems. my walk through gate wasnt closing within 24hrs after speaking to front office it was fixed.
-working to try to get rid of non resident vehicles in exterior parking spots (annoying)
-just put in brand new AC and return vents, dishwasher was brand spanking new
-townhome is a cute layout with ample living space for 2
-hot guy out by the c section pool almost daily LOL
-only 515 a mo for twnhm (special)

bad:
-PARKING!! the interior residents and random people take up the exterior parking which is the only place outward facing apts are allowed to park.
-sometimes/usually noisy-- car stereos, peel outs, yelling. mgmt cant do anything about this but i knew it would be noisy when westheimer can be seen out the window
-i think my next door neighbor is a drug dealer :( and he doesnt give me a hook up. just acts weird LOL. but hes a cool guy, no problems from him.
-bathroom and closet are TINY but i have learned to work around this delimma.
-mailboxes are ghetto and kinda easy to jack the mail from (being fixed soon'')

This is a joke! I feel sorry for you if you just signed a lease here, I'M STUCK! This has got to be the worst Apt. complex I have ever lived in! They just lie to you! The managers just like to throw you in a loop, they don't care that you pay extra money, ever! DO NOT MOVE HERE

see i stayed there for 6 months and wish every day id never left but i moved out of the city.
