I have lived here for almost a year and a half. With in that year I have been rapped by a tenant, who they obviously didn t perform a back ground check on,(and he still lives here) and my roof has been broken into twice with in a two month period. When I told them about the crime that had been committed they refused to move the tenant, so I requested to be move to another unit and they tried to charge me with a $200 transfer fee. I had to fight with them to understand how unfair it would be considering the circumstances and they eventually just gave up. When I moved to the new unit they started construction that lasted 9 months. When my roof was broken into twice in a two month period they refused to give me a new apartment to stay in while the repairs were being made, or give me at least a courtesy discount on my rent . I had to stay trapped in my room for two days with all of my belongings from my living room, because my whole ceiling in the living room area was GONE. There was also an incident of pizza delivery men being robbed and shot in the Houston area. Guess were they caught them living' The Oxford on Greenridge! The management are horrible, they don t care about what goes on here because they don t have to live here. They close the leasing office 20 minuets early everyday and they never get anything done. This place is a slum and I would advise anyone who even looks over at this place to keep on driving. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars a month to get a better place. I new this girl, she was my neighbor. She went through absolute hell with the complex. I hope she finally moved somewhere safe. I hope to be moving away myself. I have had enough

why didn't you report the rape to the police you could get a restraining order??? you are so stupid I feel sorry for you. you could also report the missing roof to the department of code enforcement for your area. Show them the roof and all your concerns. Send any and all maintenance requests in writing, directly to the manager with your contact phone number. Let her know you will be forwarding your request to the landlord tenant association and code enforcement.
