This complex seems like a catch at first with the prices and what not, but after being here for 2 years I can't wait to leave. Twice I had men falling through my roof while construction was going on, once over my toilet, and again in my living room! Not to mention that the roof construction went on for literally over 6 months, banging and stomping from 7 a.m. to late afternoon. Management has changed at least 5 times in the last year. Nothing seems to be consistent around here ever. The best thing about this place is the maintenence, big deal! The other tenants on this property are very shady. We are supposed to have assigned parking spaces, and that doesn't happen. I'm happy to leave. Not a safe place for children either.
