As you can see by the title of the review, there's non-existent security. The residents (who are almost never background checked, or are illegals w/no social security number) kick down the fence to get access to westheimer from the back parking lot, and the office gives up on fixing it after a couple days of people kicking it down. As a result of that, my car and the four next to it in reserved parking got broken into within a month of each other and everything was stolen.
The office staff could really care less about this, and only do their job when it involves harassing the people who work every day and do their best to not bother others by threatening them with evictions, lockouts, etc.
The laundry machines are always broken, and residents will steal your time on the dryers while you're not looking by taking your clothes out and letting theirs dry on your money.
People have been robbed just outside the premises, and there is inadequate parking inside the gates, so if you have friends over and they have to park outside, expect them to get jacked or killed (even in broad daylight). There's at least 3 strip joints, an ice house, and numerous other apartment complexes within a mile radius, so don't expect a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and expect drunken drama to be the norm in the complex on the weekends.
Don't believe the positive reviews, it's the office getting their ratings up. NOBODY RATES 5 STARS, EVER!

Never seen that guy. And what's with the dumpster in the main parking lot?! There's NOWHERE to park now because it's taking up like 5 spots. Had to drive across the street to park in C block last night.
