It is not WORTH IT!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   This place is not worth the price.. I have been living here for about 4 months now, and I sure am not extending my lease! If I am asked to stay here for free, I would still shudder at living here..Here are my reasons: 1. I have an assigned parking spot and my car got TOWED TWICE for parking there... It was broken into ONCE while I was parked there. I agree with the reviewer below that there is absolutely no security. 2. Cats are good. But suddenly if the pounced on you... the cutest of the cats would scare the crap out of you. I have had those "pets" do that to me two times now. If you don't keep the door closed then you can definetly expect a cat waiting to surprise you. 3. Oh yeah, forget all this, lets talk about the management. The management will seem very polite and prompt in the begining when they are signing you up for the lease, showing you around etc but when it comes to doing their part of maintenance, rest assured you will not hear from them. They will take ages to take care of your complaints, but when it comes to a day or two delay in paying the rent (and even if you have genuine reasons!) no way in hell will they let you get away without paying the penalty. 4. I did not get the apartment for which I signed up the lease for. They changed two of my apts before they gave me "an apartment". And then, as soon as I moved in, there was some problem with the sink in the kitchen. It took them 2 weeks plus for them to fix it. Meanwhile, I was asked to do my dishes etc in the bathroom. And I do not get any compensation or even a sorry! And the list is endless like how well you can hear you neighbours, and the strange people moving around at thw weirdest of the hours, failure to pick my trash even on assigned days etc etc.. but I guess these should suffice and justify my frustrations... I would not recommend this apartment EVEN to my enemy.
