the leasing office calculated my monthly rent by mistake, and i got the letter on the door saying i owe money to the management. then i went to the leasing office to explain. the assistant manager said that's ok and she would take care of the record.

after about 10 days, when i came back in the evening, they locked my door without communicate with me. i had to call emergency to unlock it (the emergency guy after unlock the door told me he had to lock the door from inside, which means i cannot get out!!!!! i said what if i had a emergency in the room'''''''). it was freezing cold that evening.

i went to the leasing office the next day, the thing is the assistant manager went to vacation but didn't communicate or clear the record. i was upset and asked why they couldn't call me before they did that' (they always call me saying there is package for me, and if i didn't go pick up in couple of days, they will mail back to the sender... what can i say). the manager, I remember the name is ----, seems that's nothing to her and doesn't care about that, when i said i will complain she answered "go right ahead".

I have lived there for 2 and half years and never pay rent late even once, and to me, I absolutely feel this action from the leasing office is inhuman, rude, and abrupt. it hurts my feelings and my human rights. I did what I was told by the leasing office management regarding paying the rent, and I went to the leasing office many times in patience to clear the problems.

The office didn't communicate with me regarding this action, and they didn't communicate well between their staff either. My feelings are deeply hurt and I decide to complain the management office for this action to the Texas Consumer Complaint Center.

A ROACH INFESTED NIGHTMARE. Ive tried dealing with the management company listed above and believe me, you will get no reponse. Bend over and get ready for what your about to get into. I have been a tenant here for many years and getting out is not as easy as you would think. Their idea of keeping a clean pool is to pour straight chlorine into it with little care that your about to ruin that $150 swimsuit you just bought. The water isnt metered as They claim. Beware of their lies. I have not met even ONE Tenant that doesnt hate this place. Why dont I leave? Because, in order to do so you will have to pay for everything. They really stick it to you. The location is great and they may even get you in a special price but your rent's going up and up and up and your amenities are going down, down down.

Yeah People believe what people are saying here! The management lies so much they don't care about the people here! --- is the assistant manager? May be assistant manager of the crack heads! speaking of crack heads dose ------- still live there lol you know that old gray fro? You know the one I'm talking about. He thinks he is a super hero and makes twenty or thirty trip to the store a day to go get beer and crack. He used to brag about how he used to bend --- over the desk in the office EEEEWWWWWW GRRRRROSSSSSSS! LMAO No I'm being fo reals He used to brag about that!
