THIS IS MY STORY IN THIS APARTMENTS... I lived here with my boyfriend for a year on 2008, It was our first apartment together and it was all going very well; customer service at the office was excellent, they all loved us. I was in the B section and in front of the pool. Loved it! until after six months, I made my rent payment and didn't remember how much my water bill was so i decided to pay it separately. I called them next day and told them that I was going to buy the money order and bring it to the office right away, THEY AGREED, so I did that. right after dropping it off, I went back to my apartment and find that they had already put a red lock on my door. I see two of the ladies walking away and when I call them they ignore me and get on the cell phone. It took them 30 mins for someone to go back and take it off. Months after I had a bday party and one of my friends was playing and tripped and broke the glass sliding door in the room. I went right away to the office and told them what happened and accepted full responsibility and was willing to pay for the damages. They gave me attitude and treated me like a criminal. I paid $250 for that one section of glass that was broken. Before all that happened, my I told my mom that I liked it and reffered her to move in. I regret it. She's STILL lives here. They give her soo many problems and it got personal. Elaine (the main manager) just doesn't like my mom so she even offered to void the lease just so that my mom can leave because my mom found out that Elaine CURRENTLY has family living here and gave them very cheap, special prices and many parking spaces. That is soo against the corporate policy of course... My mom and I have ALWAYS paid rent on time and pet deposits and fees and we still get treated like criminals. We're not the only ones that have this problem but people don't want to move because of price and location. Our neighbor was charged $500 dollars for deposit because she didn't have SSN. Lety seems to be very nice but she gets rude. You would think you can complain to Elaine but she is worse. She fired a girl because the girl comfronted her about all the bad things with leases, money, and how they gave special treatment to their own families. CONCLUSION: Very nice Apartments, Very BAD office staff.

Akeha. Elaine and the other ladies edited the leases for their families fearing that akeha was gonna call corporate and tell on them. lol. Those people are not professional at all. Glad I don't live there anymore, but sad My mother still does...
