The management is uncompromising. They tow your cars at the drop of a hat even when they are at fault. They issused us a token that was broken and would not acknoledge thier fault even. Not very helpful.

Maybe this person did not read their lease carefully. I received a copy of my lease that tells me my car will be towed if I don't have my tag, and management has assured me that they will replace my tag at no cost if it is broken. I mean hello, pay attention! My boyfriends car was towed because his tag had fallen on the floorboards, but I understand that the tag has to be visible to the wrecker driver or it will be towed.I paid the towing fees because I understand it was our fault, not managements.
