Good place to live so far.

We're been here since June, 2006. So far, our electric bills are 1/2 and water bills are less than $4/month compared to $15-$20 of what we paid at previous apartment.
The only three things we don't like are:
bad insulations - we can hear the people upstairs talk and walk heavily (even tho they're not big)
Dark front doors and humid patios attract mosquitos. We haven't had the chance to enjoy our patio yet.
Small and not ample parking spaces. Most tenants drive big pickup trucks and SUVs with even paid covered parkings, still not enough to park a full size car without having someone bang on your doors when they park next to you.
We really like the staffs. They are pretty friendly and so are maintenance people.
Overall, we're happy with our new place so far and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
