Palms at Clear lake

Great Place to live.... From: BhaveshPatel Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The apartment itself is nice and the management team is really friendly. They recently just promoted one of their sales people to the GM and she is so friendly and always trying to help whenever she can. I have turned in my rent a couple days late due to having to be out of town. I just let them know and they totally understood and did not charge me any late penalties. Unfortunately, I am moving out next month because they raised the rates on their apartments and I do not agree with the rates of the apartments when you can rent/buy a house for the same price. If they drop their prices in the future and I am still looking to live in an apartment I will definitely move back!!
