Palms at Clear lake

Great Find! From: great_find Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This is the best place I have lived so far! The lawns are manicured. And although a lot of people here have dogs, the grounds are kept very clean. It is quiet and the management are so nice. The water bill is low. You don't see alot of people just "hanging out", most are professionals. And even the students that live here are not as "rowdy". It is located near my work, so for me...with the great amenities for the price I am getting a great deal!
