I've been in 4 different apartments in the Clear Lake/Bay Area and this one is by far one of the best. My wife and I were at these apartments for 1 1/2 years and the management was genuinely friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns. The building(s) and units are very quiet and well insulated from outside noises. The property is well kept, though the walkways and breezeways could use some power or pressure washing every once in while. Maintenance is ok at best. The community is very comfortable and safe, with a community consisting mostly of professionals with families who work during day. There are allot of dogs but nothing aggressive or to big and their owners seem to really go out of their way to respect others, picking up the pets waste and being considerate where and when they walk them.
