Palms on Westheimer

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I have been living there for about 4 months and its been real quiet in my area, the only thing about it is that my air has been broke three times, the maintenance is always qick to come fix it though. I would totally recommend it to others.
