Palms on Westheimer

I wouldn't do it- 2 Year Resident From: pegasusglory Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   This was my first apartment living on my own and was pretty much all I could afford at the time. When I first moved in, the places wasn't so bad but it progressively got worse through the course of my stay. During the 2 years I lived there, the management company changed 3 times. Although there were attempts at nice landscaping, the grounds were dirty. Trash would litter the stairwells, laundry center and post office box areas. It was kind of scary too. I would not walk around the complex at night. The walls are thin and I could always hear noise from my neighbors. The interior of the units are not great either- everything is obviously very cheaply made. Overall, I feel this place is pretty ghetto and although I'm sure there are worse places, I wouldn't live here unless I couldn't afford better.
