USED TO BE OK...New Managment SUCKS! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response Ok, so when we first moved in the girls in the front office (-------- WE MISS YOU!) were wonderful! The current managment is RUDE, inefficient, and act like they have better things to do than take care of resident's complaints. They reduced the hours of the security ladies (we are great, thanks ladies!) so that the security booth is almost ALWAYS empty. The trash pick up has FINALLY gotten better and they're starting to renovate the property on the outside. However the inside of the apartments are shabby. The motel like halls are bright enough but still creepy and dirty. Walls are super thin and we can hear our neighbors almost all the time. Watch how you park because being slightly askew will result in a $189 fee for towing, it's happened to us TWICE!! We have photo's of many cars that were parked crooked and in HANDICAP areas and they have not been towed, they must target the nicer cars b/c they think we can afford it. At this point I'm more than willing to break my lease to be out after the holidays. NOTE the ample parking rating is most likely due to lack of residents!

Before I moved to the palms I looked into coments made by other renters and I was just about to cancel when I thought to my-self,,, what if those who put in comments are those that make the noise, those who are getting evicted for not paying rent,those who do not want to follow parking rules, or those who used to work for prevous management and do not work in the office anymore, so I gave them a 6 month opportunity and am now ready to renew my lease, I have also reffered 2 of my friends here and have received discounts on my rent. thank you guys...
