Parc Royale SUCKS!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007 1 response   Attention everyone who lives at Parc Royale or who is thinking about moving in. Save yourself and your money. The most recent post don't believe because we(as of four current residents) will tell you the real truth. First we will start off by saying the security of this place has gotten worse over the past 6 months or since the new owners have taken control(or lack of). We guess about 90% of exterior lights are OUT. The gate has been broken for extraordinarly long time. We would like to think that the office staff are deaf or are not listening to our needs. It is very sad that we're having to pay this kind of rent and not getting security, any reapairs made, unheated pool and hot tub that has been out of commision for about a year. The pool is becoming a disgusting pond. Oh, and for the resident that put, we have a wonderful breakfast( what were u thinking!.) The breakfast is nothing like u said. It consist of one BROWN bananna, and a couple of pre-packaged muffins, and thats on a good day. To end our rant we would like to leave you with a possitive note, at least the residents here get along, and have as good of a time as we can. If you do come here don't believe everything the management tells you, and keep in mind that you are touring the place during the day. Thank u and good luck if you move here.
