I have been here for a year & a half. Maintenance issues continue for about 2 weeks or more. The office makes you feel like you are getting on their nerves & will stop answering the phones. Major water issues, maintenance issues, my car has been damaged by balls, my car was STOLEN last summer, MILDOW is great here. The Management does not live here, so the can careless. I had no refrigerator for over 5 days. My closet has a leak with water damage at the bottom. My rent has been paid on time and in advance, I still got notices of evictions because they did not enter the rent correctly. But they walked to the back to put the not on my door. But it was a computer error. DEAD BODY FOUND IN DUMPSTER AND TENANTS WERE NEVER NOTIFIED. Emergencies do not mean anything to the PARK OF LAKESIDE.THEY NEVER NOTIFY YOU ABOUT ANYTHING. I had to call 911 to get my daughter out of the bathroom because the door jammed. Either I have SCOLDING HOT WATER, no COLD WATER or Cold WATER & No HOT Water or NO WATER AT ALL. AIRCONDITON filter is never changed no matter how many times you request it. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY,UNKNOWLEDGIBLE, UNPROFFESSIONAL & VERY UNCARING. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LEAVED IN, SECTION 8 APARTMENTS ARE BETTER. I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE.
