This is the worst place on earth From: Parkatnightmareside Date posted: 3/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I have lived in many communities in my adult life. This is by far the worst I have ever seen. In the four years I lived there, I have had to make a scene to get anything fixed. I went 2 weeks without air conditioning during the month of June. I took my kids and my dog and sat in the office and refused to leave until they fixed mine. I told them that if I can't get air conditioning, I would use theirs. I broke my lease after sending several letters, in person visits and numerous phone calls. I went months... MONTHS with the second round of mold (first bout took a month to fix). I lived on the first floor and my living room window would not close properly or lock. I moved out two months after my first letter and they were still not fixed. Make videos and document everything in writing. Then SUE like I am. Channel 13 did a report on them and the mold. Get all the ammo you can, it isn't hard to find.. there are complaints all over the net. Also, I could here my neighbor upstairs urinate in the mornings... that aught to tell you what normal walking was like. Hope you like huge thunder storms!
