The worst apartments ever The Park at Lakeside on Briar Forest From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Look away please never come live here you will regret from day one!! I have been here for 2 months and it'a awful the night we were moving in somebody was breaking in to someones apartment but my husband said look away we are new and don't need problems. No a safe place for children cops always searching someone. One of the other reviews mentions the complex needs to be shut down they could not have said it any better. When I moved in I had a broken window my closets still have not been fixed in any room my carpet still has not been replaced. My AC went out 2 days later or frige has never stop leaking water from under. And as for what the apartment looks like compare to the model 15 to 20 years older. They are awful but they get you to sign a lease and then you are screwed 1 to 2 days later.It rains and floods right out side you apartment mud every where you have to find a way to walk all around it and forget what my carpet look like at the start you should see it now with mud being outside all the time because there is no grass to support the water.The carpet is a mess in my apartment hell by the time I get home from work I stumble over 10 pairs of shoes at the door way because we have to remove them to walk in because they are full of mud. The rent is not worth you being miserable here I am waiting for 10 months to go by and I hate everyday coming home to the project apartment. This is the hood outside the beltway ..How sad !!!!! Someone needs to really come out and close them down fast !!!! As for management she will lie to your face over and over again that should tell you allot!!
