Let me start from the top and work my way to the bottom.
Things I don't like about The Park at Westcreek:
1. The Office staff is rude,they hardly smile,they are a decitfull bunch and they are hardly ever in the office,they are not courteous.
2.Maintenance-they do not speck english and is hard to communicate with them,the work is shabby and they have to come several times to fix the same thing.
3.The washer and drayer are outdated,they are a dieing breed of dinosaur, and are all scratched up.
4.The fountains & waterfall make constant noise because the pumps and the motors that run all of this are old,the water is dirty and brownish in color and the pool and spa need clorine (the water looks green),at night you can hear frogs by the hundreds,they refuse to get rid of them.
5. The grounds-maintenance can clean the grounds better,clean the water in the fountains to make it look clear and brite and add more clorine to the pool and vacum it once in awhile.
6.Hwy 610 is in constant noise mode.
7.The reviews-the other good reviews are like an ad from the apartment guides,they wrote them to offset the truth,(remember they are decitfull).
8. Last-they will keep all of your deposit,they will find petty stuff and fee you,untill all of your MONEY is in their hands.

Ridiculous! The leasing office employees at The Park at Westcreek are VERY courteous & helpful. The maintenance guys are wonderful & very efficient! The grounds are clean & the prices are incredibly reasonable. These are the exact reasons why I haven't moved in over 2 years.
If you're going to write something so obnoxious & you want people to actually take you seriously, I suggest you learn how to spell!
