i won't reccomend it !!! From: lizaNL Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   I read a few reviews from people who...to say the least.... were not too happy with the accomodation, I happen to be one of those, I have only stayed there for 2 months at an outrageous price ! but my complaints are similar to some other ex residents: 1)The staff are moody, some are quite nice though not very helpful, and some are just plain bored and unhelpful. 2)the washer/dryer and dishwasher are indeed state of the ARK, the washer devours the laundry the dryer fries it, and the dishwasher sounds like a helicopter taking off, and doesn't clean properly 3) hot water supply lasts 10 mins !!! long showers or a bath are NOT an option ! 4) pets are welcome...that's great, just that my stay was rudely interrupted by a flea plague after the weather turning warm and humid, a gift from the previous resident...obviously the rugs and carpet aren't cleaned sufficiantly.. 5) pets are allowed to be walked on the grounds and garden ! ! 6) the pool isn't clean... eventhough they do use chlorine
