Park At Westcreek

No Problems At All From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in to the Park at Westcreek last August and never had any problems with maintenance or office staff. They are very attentive to requests, always have big smiles on their faces and would always offer cookies! I can count how many times I've been into that office. That shows how few problems I've had. Its location is as good as it gets. We're talking about a 10-minute walk to a major mall, bookstores, steakhouses and various other restaurants! The complex is in between 2 major Houston streets. Since work is closeby, I would walk to work a lot, even when I work late. Never felt unsafe, as there would always be other people and cars around. There is more than enough parking for everyone. Never seen the parking lot full. It's clean and well-lit. There is a security guard patrolling the parking areas nightly. And I see maintenance staff walking around a lot during the day. So it is a safe place. The only noises I've heard are other people walking in the hallways and neighbors doing their laundry, but I can barely hear that even when sleeping! I would definitely renew my lease, if it I didn't have to relocate to another city for school.
