I've lived at the Park at Westcreek for nearly 3 years now, and I love it! In fact, I just signed another 1 year lease. Just wanted to make a couple points: 1) The staff is great! From the maintenence crew to the leasing staff, everyone is very responsive and willing to help. 2) There is some crime, but you're living in an apartment in the Galleria area; it is to be expected. The P@W always lets us know when something happens, and reminds us how to keep ourselves and our property safe (ie lock your doors, keep stuff out of plain view, etc). 3) The residents here are fantastic. I've met some really great friends and they'll watch out for you and your stuff.

And finally, one example of why I love this place:
1) When I moved in, Reliant aparently screwed up when setting up my utilities. A month later, in early Oct, my power was shut off b/c of Reliant's mistake. I'd just had surgery, was on a ton of pain killers, and it was extremely hot that day. After about 4 or 5 hours I wasn't getting anywhere with Reliant, so I went to the leasing office in tears asking for help. My power was restored within an hour. The office even offered to move all my fridge contents to an empty apartment for me, so they wouldn't go bad until my power was back on!
