First of all, I would like to say that what the first poster wrote is not something I doubt for a second. To that person, be GLAD you didn't decide to reside at PC.
Now, I've lived at Park Center for over 3 years now and the only reason I still live there is because I'm tired of moving from apartment to apartment and am in the process of looking for a house. But let's move on to what's ------ about this place:
That white trash lady the other poster spoke of' She does exist. This lady does not know how to manage an apartment complex to save her life. She is very rude and should be managing a trailer park instead. On top of that, her apartment is fairly close to mine and I get to listen to her, her children, her children's friends and her grandchildren yell and laugh and throw beer bottles and be the rudest damn people in the world EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I have to wake up at 5:30 every morning for work, which means I put my child down at 8:30 most nights and try to get to bed myself by at least 10:30. My child has woken up on several occasions due to their noise level and no matter how often I ask them to quiet down, they refuse. This is the freaking manager of the complex!!! What kind of image is she trying to portray to customers'' I suppose since I'm already living there, she doesn't think she needs to impress me in any way. How nice of her. And how nice of her white trash children to disrespect their neighbors on a nightly basis.
Next, the complex has gone to crap. When I moved in 3 years ago, the noise level all around wasn't too bad and the occupants were fairly decent. When I signed up, I specifically asked the asst. manager about the crime in the apartments and she told me in the past 2 years, there was 1 break in and it was family related. In the past year I'd say, there have been vehicles tampered with, a murder in one apt and people blast their bass in their cars, stereos and tv's in their apartments and scream at the top of their lungs as though they're the only people living there.....DAILY. I am so fed up with it that I've had to call the police several times, you know, thinking maybe things would settle down. Fat chance. Take it from me, guys, this isn't where you want to call home.
