Safety is an Issue From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I lived here for a total of three years. Safety was always an issue the time I was there. There were multiple car thefts, the gate was almost always broken and left open, and when it was shut, many times its would not open, and I would have to go around the other side. My neighbor was approached by a guy one night trying to nab her, and another was shot and killed. Thats when I called it quits. As far as management goes, although the "white trash lady" the other person is talking about does not appear very friendly, ask for the other one (long hair, funny personality). She is really nice and answers any questions that you have. When it comes to maintenence, they do an awesome job. Everytime I ever had a problem, they were always there that day and were so so so nice. Go Rudy!! Parking was not usually an issue, but on weekends if you did not get there early, you would usually have to park further away. Bugs were never a problem either, because they had an exterminator out about once every 3 months. The pool finally got redone right before I left. Over all if you are looking for a good deal and are willing to jeopardy your safety, then this is the place for you.
