We moved here in 2001 and will be moving out this month...thank goodness. The pipes are leaky, the tiles keep falling off the bathroom walls and the tub keeps separating from the wall. After numerous requests for repairs it was finally made, only to find that the entire wall behind the tall was black from mold.

The water was continuously turned off and on, and later this year during the face-lift...loud construction took place from early in the morning until almost 9pm in the evenings. The outside was fixed, but the inside left bad...even the electricity doesnt always work.

The management is unfriendly and tries to screw you into paying money for things you have already paid for. They do this by showing you documents from their records claiming that you havent made that payment.

Again, awful awful place. My it deteriorate around the management's ears.
