I lived in this complex for one very long year. First, they showed me an apartment and it looked ok so we signed the lease when we moved in it wasnt even the floor plan we chose. Second, they lost our deposit and also kept putting stupid notes on our door because we "hadnt paid our deposit".If we hadnt paid our deposit we wouldnt have been allowed to move in. The freakazoid who lived upstairs had loud bass music on from 10pm at night til 6am in the morning every night so my kids had to sleep in the living room to get away from the noise.
When I would come home at night I would walk with the mace ready to spray because it feels completely unsafe here.
One day I was at the pool and there was a lady picking lice out of her kids head who then jumped in the pool, so yeah they'll rent to anyone. I think anyone with a positive review about this place is probably working in the office. As soon as my lease was up I was out of there, I didnt even wait for my "free month".
