I SHOULD OF KNOWN BETTER FROM THE BEGINNING...FIRST MOVERD EVERYTHING GREAT ECEXPT ABOUT 100 SMALL DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE..THOUGHT WELL I BUG THEM OUT AND AFTER ABOUT 9 MONTHS INTO ALL THIS STILL CONTINUE TO SEE THEM..TRIED EVERYTHING..THINK MAY BE NEIGHBORS OR THEY HAVE SAME MESSED ISSUE AS WELL.. LIVED IN OTHER APARTMENT HOMES OLDER THAN THESE AND NEVER NOT ONCE DID I SEE ROACHES.. THIS IS NASTY TO ME AND I HATE IT..AFTER 1 YEAR CONTRACT OVER THIS MAY I AM OUT OF HERE!

I am a long time resident, and I love it here. Roach problems happen when you have a dirty person that cant keep a clean home. You have to understand that management cant do anything about a dirty person(s). I do give it to them they are on top of it once brought to their attention!! If you dont seem to get a responce fast enough, why dont you try to fumigate yourself??? Maybe you should try to keep a clean apartment.

I have to disagree with our second anonymous response. I have lived here for two months now. When i moved in there were already roaches. I at first had taken the problem into my own hands and fogged the apt. I have set out roach killers all around the apt and I keep my apt CLEAN!! The management office has called out the exterminator twice but there has been no cure. I have continued to keep in touch with the office to get rid of the problem. It is not only how you live, it is how others live around you, or even possibly the people that lived there before you. BUT it is up to the APT COMPLEX to rid of the problem!!!! This apt complex would not be my number one recomendation to anyone.....maybe to someone that doesnt have a problem with roaches. Something needs to be done.

I have lived here for 12 years, yes 12... and on and off I see a roach, but I do not have a problem, I also keep my apartment clean and I agree maybe pest control from office doesn't do a great job, but you can also do treatment yourself besides fogger. GO TO HOME DEPOT! Some things are easier to get rid of if you do something about it. You could live in luxury and still get a roach. I have thought about changing homes at times, but all in all I enjoy living here.
