No need for hostility, saying that the people that are not happy with this apartment complex need to grow up. No apartment complex is going to please everyone. Everyone has their own opinions and happenings and experiences. Thats great that you are so happy with the complex... more power to ya... I myself FOLLOW THE RULES, and INFORM THE OFFICE OF ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE DEALT WITH... like Roaches for instance... I have dealt with the roaches since day 1 of living there...guess who told the office about them?? I did and have stayed consistant with keeping them informed. I do not expect them to act as my parent. My question to you is how old are YOU! By the sound of this review...I would say YOU need to grow up!

I do not think that 1 or 2 people saying they have roaches is a reason to rule out a community. There are over 200 apartments in the property and of course you will run into a few with "bug" issues, as you will at any community. It is a risk you take in renting, whether it is an old, new, luxury, cheap community, you do not know how the person who lived there before you maintained there home and sometimes there are simple steps you can take to rid the problem. I live here at Park falls and I do not nor have I had roaches my entire stay here, 2 years.

all kidding aside this place is a good place, everything that i have needed has been dealt with in a timely manner. i have no complaints

Kidding! Who is kidding? There are photos of the roaches on walls that someone took pictures of that is really really bad. I would not move there if this was the last place to live in Houston or Katy. I mean maybe the office should try replacing the guy who comes to spray for bugs because obviously the spay is not working at all.
