This complex is like any other rental community. The neighbors are nice. I find the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. I hear complaints about parking. Well, you do have the option to rent a reserved parking space. I have 2 reserved parking spots in the cover parking lot for $30 (both vehicles). It's right next to my apartment and I never have to worry about finding a spot. There are reserved parkings all around the complex (those are $30 each car), next to every entrance to every building. So, if that's an issue for you, I recommend reserving your spot. Once big advantage is the units have connections for FULL size washer and dryer..not stackables. That's makes life easy. As far as the area, it's located right off the HWY and Fry rd, nestled in a corner. Business' are located around us, so extremely quiet at night. Fry Rd and all the shopping you need is a 2 minute drive away. The entrance to the HWY ramp, 3 minutes away. Overall, it's a good choice. Now, if you are looking for luxury and high end amenities, don't bother - go somewhere else and spend a fortune. If you are looking for an affordable place to live, that is located in a good working class neighborhood, and close to shopping and access to highway..this is it.

No, I am an ACTUAL tenant. If you want more for what you pay...move. There are plenty of "Luxury" complexes near by. You people have wine tastes on a beer budget. GET REAL.
