I lived at Park Falls for 18 months and was pretty happy with my experience. I lived alone and was never scared to be there. It was affordable. The only issue I had was when my upstairs neighbor's tub leaked through my bathroom ceiling; I had to call a couple times and ended up sending pictures before it was finally repaired.

I did have very noisy neighbors downstairs who often had large, loud parties, but thankfully they moved after a short while. Neighbors are always an issue in apartment living anyway, so I don't consider them to be Park Falls' fault.

Parking was very limited and I didn't want to pay extra for a reserved spot so I generally ended up parking outside the complex in the business park across the street.
