Going downhill FAST

When we first moved here, things were ok. Affordable rents at good location. However, this past year, the tenants moving in are very questionable. People are now using the cover garage as their own private auto repair shop. Lately there has been tons of trash, especially beer bottles and cans. Not the quiet clean place it used to be. Seems they are leasing to just about anybody to make money. I'm outta here and can't wait to move. Also, the apartments are NOT energy efficient. I had a $350 electric bill for a one bedroom because the air unit and compressor are as old as the building (early eighties). All the appliances are old. So what you save in rent, you will spend in electric bills. When you add it all together, you are actually being ripped off. STAY AWAY! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
