I'm glad I found this apartment, since I needed a furnished place. It's not perfect by any means, but this place offered the best for my money. I have a studio apartment, but it has everything I need: funiture (couch, dining table & 2 chairs, and a bed; a washer and dryer; a diswasher; a stove/oven; and a microwave. Plus, you get covered parking and PLENTY of storage. Be forewarned though, some of the apartments have older appliances (from the 1980s), but if they break, you get new ones, so that's a good thing. If you find anyone selling or leasing these apartments, check them out. They may cheap and not very attractive, but they are safe and comfortable.

I agree with you there. I stayed there when I first arrived in Houston and I had nothing; this cute flat was simple and I lucked out with a good view of the Med Center. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it was a deal.
