Anomolously thin walls - loud! Can hear all your neighbours, like never before. Rude unprofessional behavious from some of the staff members. Not helpful at all. Poor maintainance of complex. Pest and roach problem. Overpriced. Gym not useable. Assigned parking spot is far from apt. Terrible place, don't ever live there.
