When I moved into my apartment I found that the patio (which was big issue for me since my son has a sand box) was much smaller that the one on the apartment I had been shown. The trees are beautiful, but the apartment is very dull as a result of all the shade. The apartment got so humid because of the dryer, and the windows got so thick with mold that I had to clean them with a bleachy toothbrush once a month. By the time I moved out everything smelled very damp. Management told me they would replace the blinds which were bent up by previous tenants when I first moved in, but failed to do so. There is a very big problem with bugs when it rains. These little bouncing bugs come in from the patio and cover the carpet. I had to lift my couch and bed to vacuum them up every time it rained. The countertops were bubbling up, the cabinet bottoms were sagging. The bathtubs were sagging when I moved in and eventually one cracked. They sent in someone to pull out the old bath, but left the resulting mess (think nails sticking out and large bits of wood), for me to clean up. I have a 3 year old son. I didn't actually ever get a new bath before I moved out, so I actually had a 2/1 apartment for the last six weeks that I lived there. No discounted rent though. Parking space was too far from apartment, noise was a big problem, (it sounded like the people upstairs were always rearranging their furniture), serious ant problems, handles kept coming off the doors, and sprinklers pounded the windows late at night.'
Overall not recomended especially for the price. There are similar options in the area for a good few hundred dollars less.
